Política de Cancelación de Viajes

  • La reserva del viaje sólo se realizará una vez hayamos recibido el pago.
  • Para viajes sin pernocta, se puede cancelar hasta 7 días antes de la salida del
    viaje de forma gratuita y le reembolsaremos el 100% del importe.
  • Para viajes con pernocta, se puede cancelar hasta 14 días antes de la salida del
    viaje de forma gratuita y le reembolsaremos el 100% del importe.
  • Para ambos tipos de viajes (con y sin pernocta) se puede sustituir la plaza si el
    Erasmus interesado busca un sustituto hasta 72 horas antes de la salida del viaje.
  • NO se aceptan cancelaciones ni sustituciones fuera de los plazos anteriores.
  • Si tenemos que realizar una devolución que implica comisión bancaria o algún
    gasto derivado de la misma, ESN Córdoba no asume dicho gasto.
  • Los puntos anteriores NO aplican al ESN Ibiza Trip, ya que este no depende
    exclusivamente de ESN Córdoba. Por tanto, ESN Córdoba no realizará ninguna
    devolución en ninguna circunstancia.

 

  • Travel bookings are only made once the payment has been received.

  • For trips without overnight stays, cancellations can be made up to 7 days before
    departure free of charge and we’ll reimburse you 100% of the amount.

  • For trips with overnight stays, cancellations can be made up to 14 days before
    departure free of charge and we’ll reimburse you 100% of the amount.

  • For both types of trips (with and without overnight stays), the place can be
    substituted if the interested Erasmus student looks for a substitute up to 72 hours
    before the trip.

  • Cancellations and substitutions outside the above deadlines are NOT accepted.

  • If we have to make a refund that implies a bank commission or any other expense
    derived from it, ESN Cordoba does not assume this expense.

  • The above points do NOT apply to the ESN Ibiza Trip, as this does not depend
    exclusively on ESN Cordoba. Therefore, ESN Cordoba will not make any refunds
    under any circumstances.
